Where we Deliver

Delivery must be to the address at which your credit card is registered, which must be in Australia. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered at the same time. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, the higher charge applies:

For example, if you buy a Large Screen TV and a keyboard you pay just for delivery of both.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. There are no additional charges.

How we Deliver

Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. However, some products (e.g. some large screen TVs and plasma TVs) may be delivered by our own delivery service or by the manufacturer. We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you confirmation via email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 4.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.

Postal and Courier Deliveries, 5 - 7 Working Days

Postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 5 - 7 working days of placing your order ( Please allow up to double during sale periods).

If we are sending your product by courier, our third e-mail to you will contain a link to the DHL website, and a parcel number, so that you can track your order right to your doorstep. DHL deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

Delivery Service for Other Products - 7 Working Days

We will make every effort to deliver on one or more of the prefered dates and slots you specify when you order. We will contact you beforehand to confirm the delivery date and, if possible, an am or pm delivery slot. This will usually be in our third email to you.

Plasma and TFT products - May take longer

These are generally delivered by the manufacturer direct to your addresses. Unless the product page says otherwise, then please allow up to 10 working days.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control - please be patient. We will inform you if we become aware of unexpected delays.

Tracking your order

You can track the progress of your order by logging in to the 'Members Area'. We will inform you if there are likely to be any unexpected delays.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order perfect condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched by using our tracking facility in the members area. If your order is not en route to you, please e-mail us at sales@computerexpo.com.au or telephone 08 9221 2500 . In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions accompanied with the delivery documents.
